My husband and I are thrilled with the recent renovation of our Maitland home and that’s because of Dan and Diana Marsden of Marsden Construction Company and their crew. The Marsdens listened to what we wanted, Diana taking our ideas, adding her own and coming up with a plan that we loved. Dan and his crew brought the vision to life. They demolished a dilapidated sunroom/porch and replaced it with a large screened-in porch. They built the primary bathroom and closet of our dreams. They turned the previous teeny-tiny primary bathroom into my husband’s closet. Dan presented us with a timeline, kept us up-to-date on progress and changes, and finished the job on time. He also was prompt in returning phone calls, texts and emails. Bonus: A neat-as-possible construction site. Double bonus: Greg, who was at our daily almost every day, making things happen. I wish I know his full name and title, because he deserves a big shout-out, too.

Dan, Diane, Greg, and their team did an amazing job on our kitchen. Everyone we worked with was great: they are good communicators, very upfront about timing and expectations, tidy, and professional. One of the steps in our timeline got moved up, and they were able to line up other vendors so that we could actually wrap up our project significantly earlier than expected. It’s clear they have great relationships with their subcontractors and took an active role in making sure everything was done right and on time. Great attention to detail, kept the job site as clean as possible, and gave us some great suggestions and recommendations throughout. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would definitely recommend this group to anyone planning a renovation.

Dan Marsden made our renovation process painless!! We really loved working with Dan Marsden with Marsden Construction Company. Our end result was just what we were wanting. His crew was great too! Everyone that came into our home to work was very nice and professional. He got our job done in a timely manner as well! Someone was here at our house everyday working on something until our two month project was done. As a bonus, his partner and wife, Diana was great with design ideas! Dan was very hands on and quickly available when something came up at the project. Also very responsive to texts. We would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the incredible work Marsden Construction did on our home addition! Dan Marsden and his team came highly recommended by several of our neighbors, and after working with them, we can confidently say they exceeded our expectations. From the start, Dan’s wife, Diana, worked closely with us as the architect, patiently refining our design and incorporating our ideas to create the perfect space. In the end, we added a full owner’s suite with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet, a lanai, a patio, a laundry room, and a pantry, plus a few other interior modifications. Dan was outstanding—always communicative, highly organized, and extremely knowledgeable. He worked within our budget by leveraging his industry contacts, even helping us find granite remnants for our laundry room that saved us thousands of dollars. Throughout the process, he was honest, fair, and took responsibility for any mistakes without passing the cost onto us. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Marsden Construction was their efficiency. Dan kept the project moving quickly, ensuring there were very few days without progress. He was incredibly hands-on, showing up almost daily—not just to oversee the work but to personally contribute, from demolition to trim work, door installation, and finishing touches. Since our addition was outside our existing footprint, Dan and his team did a fantastic job keeping the construction work and dust out of our home. They waited until the very end to break through the existing wall and connect the new space, which minimized disruption to our daily lives—something we really appreciated. The quality of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall experience were exceptional. We are thrilled with our new space and will absolutely use Marsden Construction again in the future. We’ve already recommended them to friends and neighbors considering home renovations!

Marsden CC built an open air porch for our 1960 home in Maitland. He recommended a designer and stayed close to the project through every step. When Dan's team was on site, he too was on site making sure the project continued forward as planned. His clear communication and planning with my family throughout the entire process helped minimize any surprises. We completed without our budget and per our schedule.

Couldn’t be happier with Marsden Construction! I had heard horror stories about friends’ experiences with contractors but my experience with the Marsdens and their crew was the complete opposite. From start to finish work was done on schedule, was of high quality, and everyone on the construction team was a pleasure to work with. Work was done ahead of schedule and the team was extremely flexible when I requested changes or additions. My reno included knocking down all internal walls in the central part of my home to create a completely open and spacious living space, building of a beautiful, modern kitchen with a huge island, conversion of my fireplace from wood to gas with a complete external facelift, and new flooring and trim work in the family and game rooms. I am IN LOVE with my new kitchen and living space and so is everyone who visits!! Thank you Marsden Construction!!!

We hired Marsden for our kitchen and master bath remodel and couldn't be happier. Diana came up with a great, functional design for both the kitchen and bath and included everything we wanted and more. Dan's whole team was pleasant, great to work with, and completed quality work. Amazing...that is the word I would use to describe Dan and his team. They took my vision of an outside living room and made it come to life!
