The JP Perron group did a great job. Matt and Don were wonderful to work with and came up with some creative ideas for our project. They guided us through all of the steps and had a weekly meeting for a progress report. They coordinated the sub-contractors well. We had an excellent experience and love our new addition. We highly recommend them.

Our agency has been working with Perron Construction for many years. They've handled 8 large commercial building renovation projects for us and many smaller projects over the years. They are trustworthy and do quality work. Highly recommended.

The team at Perron did an excellent job. They coordinated the sub-contractors well and kept the project rolling. Matt and Don were easy to work with and did nice work. They used quality sub-contractors. Our main complaint was that Perron started the project three months later than stated in the contract. Overall, an excellent company to work with. We would recommend them.

JP Perron and his crew are wonderful. JP will get any project to completion with fabulous ideas and creative problem solving. His team is very talented, professional and respectful of one's home. Great to have in your home. Perron's record keeping is thorough, timely and accurate. He has done two major projects for me a master suite renovation including bedroom, walk-in closet and completely gutted bathroom in 2004. He also redid my kitchen and bathroom in 2011. JP is a lot on fun and makes major renovations a snap.

Refinishing our basement was the first major project in our new house. Perron Construction did the three projects at our old house, and we wouldn't think of getting anyone else. They always keep our budget and wishes in mind, while providing great ideas and options.

Perron Construction built a large addition to our home in 2011-2012. It included a kitchen, office, pantry , upstairs bedroom and bath as well as basement and exterior front facade facelift.. Their estimate/bid was comparable to others we obtained. We had a foreman, Gary, assigned to us for the entire project and he oversaw the project with remarkable attention to detail and focus. He was onsite nearly everyday of 9 months and available after hours by phone or email. He was patient, good natured and a talented craftsmen, as well as an extraordinary resource during the process. He never appeared flustered or angry no matter what had transpired that day . He managed so much under the radar, that we were never aware of any problems in the day to day workings of the project. He took pride in his workmanship and we have no concerns that shortcuts were taken. We had weekly status meetings where formal communication and documentation took place, and it was apparent that he communicated regularly with JP Perron. The subcontracters were all respectful, neat clean and well groomed, which in itself is remarkable. We were never left with a lull in the project and were kept abreast of the schedule. I note that our family's privacy was always respected and he was always considerate of our comfort, making many makeshift living spaces along the way. I never felt rushed to make a decision and am impressed how many times he made a mock-up so that we could have a visual of an upcoming decision. Our dog misses him now that the project is done. So do we ! I can, with any hesitation whatsoever, highly recommend this contractor.
