PHD Builders did a great job remodeling my home to accommodate my husband’s disabilities. The home was completely wheelchair accessible. The work was beautifully done and passed all of the multitude of inspections required by the city and the Veterans Administration. This contractor was very conscientious and committed to completing a quality project. I highly recommend PHD Builders.

I hired PHD builders to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom. Carlos and his crew were incredibly professional. I felt Carlos was straightforward, honest, communicative, fairly priced and had plenty of insightful feedback and suggestions during the entire remodel. His team was timely, efficient and the end product was more than I had hoped for. I have recommended this company to several friends now and highly recommend them to anyone considering home-improvement/remodeling.

I recently had to redo my bathroom, with the exception of the bath, and used PHD for the project. In my case I needed someone to do more than just the actual work, I needed suggestions, help with choosing and even purchasing some of the items I would need. Without having to add to the expense of hiring an interior designer, I was able to get the help I needed from Carlos at PHD. The work was started exactly when he said he would start and finished exactly when he said it would be completed. If I noticed anything that did not seem 100% to my liking, Carlos would send his people back out to take care of the problem, (i might add there was no serious problems, just one or two little details I wanted more attention given to) The work involved tearing out the entire bathroom, repairing the wall, re tiling around the tub and the floors, replacing vanity, toilet and bidet and painting I had other estimates, most were around the same price, some more, perhaps one or two less, but not enough less for me to consider, since from our first meeting I felt comfortable with Carlos and saw he was very patient with my concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend him for any project.

This is the second job we've hard Carlos and his team take care of for us. Carlos is great to deal with, and his guys really know what they are doing. They're fast and efficient, do a 100% professional job of whatever task you give them. It's nice to deal with professionals.
