Real Estate Repairs helped us prep our house for sale after a pre inspection. We then found out the tile in the bathroom wasn’t done properly and Ed, Jason, did an amazing job. After years of getting taken advantaged of by unscrupulous it’s clear you get what you pay for. Phil and Real Estate repairs will always be my 1st call for any work on my properties.

This company exceeds my hopes and expectations from a contracting group. Firstly, all representatives respond promptly, offer real suggestions, and follow through with promises with no delay. Secondly, the scope and cost estimate only changes when necessary and fully outlined in writing, personally discussed, and acknowledged by both the contractor and the home owner. I truly wish I could find a company this reliable in other parts of the country and in other disciplines.

I have had the pleasure of working with Real Estate Repairs for projects both at my personal home as well as my clients homes. Responsive, dependable and reliable best describe working with their team. An extremely communicative staff and very thorough attention to detail. I hired a previous company that attempted to repair a deflection in a small area of our hallway. It did not come out as we wanted! David came in and was able to replace the few necessary boards and stain/urethane to match the existing as best as possible. It looks great now and the new storm door they put on the back deck looks awesome! I look forward to leaning on these folks for years to come!

I was very happy with the work performed, impressed with the appearance of the contractors and their attitude, and pleased with the timeliness of the job completion. They aren't cheap, but the value received is excellent.
