Scott has been in construction industry for 35 years and been specializing in all forms of renovations for the last 14 years. Phoenix Properties Contracting will handle all the phases of your construction, which includes: repair, remodel, total demo renovations, and small job handyman work. We work side by side with our customers to bring their vision to reality while offering personal and professional guidance if needed along the way. Our region of service is Glens Falls, South Glens Falls, Queensbury, Lake George, Warrensburg, Hudson Falls, Fort Edward, Fort Ann, Argyle, Lake Luzerne, Corinth, Saratoga Springs, Malta, Wilton, and Ballston Spa. Scott and his team were great at communicating with us throughout the project and turned an old, dark home with small bathrooms that we purchased into an updated, bright, open concept layout with vaulted ceilings. We were not anticipating such big changes when we first contacted Scott but as we learned of some major issues after buying the home, the team was flexible to help us make the home into a healthy condition. Thank you for all your hard work!!! Recommend
