I can not begin to tell you how very impressed both myself and my husband were with this company. Tim and his entire crew are at the top of their profession in designing and implementing the vision designed for you by the incredibly talented Tim Gilbert. I have NO vision when someone is explaining ideas and dimensions. Tim could tell I was not 'getting it'. So, he pulled out a notepad and began sketching, by hand, the idea he was envisioning for our kitchen and master bath remodel. It's like a light bulb went on for me! He somehow can take two different opinions, mine and my husband - the engineer, and meld them together to meet both our needs/wishes. His crew was efficient, professional, and in-tune with one another. You can tell they've worked together for a very long time....like a well-oiled machine. Plus, they actually have fun on the job site! I like that Tim and Berry, his project manager, allow banter and light-heartedness amongst the guys! Our son was enthralled watching them and each of them interacted with him and made him feel like part of the team. They even gave him a company t-shirt! If you are planning a remodel or lucky enough to hire him to build you a custom home....this is the team you want around! We recommend him to all our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. I actually think over half our neighborhood has had him do projects in their homes!

Absolutely love our outdoor living area Tim created for us! From the initial meeting, to the design phase, build out and conclusion, Tim and his team are top notch in their field! It was such a relief to deal with a professional who is honest, has great ideas and a wonderful crew & subs. The job site was always clean and everything exceeded our expectations!

I have hired Pierce Remodeling for other projects and was very pleased with their work. Unfortunately the owner has moved and the manager of the work is not detailed oriented. He struggles to plan effectively. It was very disappointing that a small project would take 7 to 8 weeks to complete. They also refused to have a final walkthrough. The owner would not respond to my concerns and only time he would message me is when he needed to have a check. It was very disappointing that their service could slip like this.

While the quality of the work was acceptable, the work was greatly delayed, even for a construction project, and the owner was not responsive during that time.

We have hired Pierce Remodeling Group for several projects, ranging from small repair work to a remodel of all of our bathrooms. During the remodel, Tim made several recommendations not only on the look and style of materials, but also on different suppliers to help manage the cost. There were a few things I wanted to do myself, and Tim was very open and willing to work with me. When problems did arise (as they always do in any large project) Tim and Barry resolved them quickly. We found their crews to be very professional, and had no issues letting them work in our home unsupervised, even while we were traveling. I've recommended Tim and PRG to several friends, and plan to use them again ourselves.

Pierce remodeling has done several of projects over the last several years. Most recently they remodeled a Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor. It was dated and needed to be redone. The bathtub was removed to make more room for the shower. Tim's ideas and vision are truly amazing. He and his whole team work hard to do things right. The bathroom looks great. We initially hired Pierce Remodeling Group after our house was flooded and required a complete gut. Pierce Remodeling did an excellent job putting our house back in order making suggestions along the way that made our home more usable and comfortable. The workmanship was excellent and the team was respectful and accommodating. We have subsequently hired them to do a workshop addition and redo our outdoor kitchen.

The crew painting my house showed up on time, were patient, polite and very helpful when I was indecisive. They worked with me to help me make choices that would make me happy. I am thrilled with the work they did.

Tim & his crews are the best. top quality work and competitively priced. delays are expected in any remodel and Tim & Barry were always responsive. if you hire a remodeler on multiple jobs, that should say it all...we've used PRG twice and would do so again!

After our first meeting with Tim, we decided to look no further. Tim took us through the layout, design, construction and final build out of our home. Tim guided us through the mine field of selecting tile, granite, light fixtures and many of the details that make home building a real nightmare.Tim and his crew have been quick to help with any issues after our home was completed.
