I’ve worked with Mr. Derek Pine on two jobs and he has been fantastic on both. First was a complete remodel of Tom’s Tavern were directed all the millwork and trimwork. I remember saying to my partner Carol many times I wish we would’ve hired Derek to be the general contractor. Well we got that opportunity when we renovated the former Janitas space we hired Derek as the general contractor and did a fantastic job. Derek has great integrity he and his team a a pleasure to work with. In addition Derek is always happy to come back and help repair or figure out situation such as when we had a fire at SALT last summer. Well done Derek

We had a complete remodel of the lower level of our home. The place was really a mess. Derek Pine was very thorough in explaining our option, cost vs value, etc. It was great to have someone to guide us and not have to worry about unnecessary things being done to pad the bill. Excellent communication and easy to understand invoices. Derek had a large network of professions to call on to complete various aspects of the project from electrical, drywall, plumbing, flooring and more. The job turned out beautifully and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Pine construction.
