Planit Construction Inc. did an amazing job installing 17 windows, 3 exterior doors and re-siding our 100+ year old house. We worked with Dave to get the design to match our budget and with Roberta in the office to keep us informed of all aspects of our project. The construction crew was very professional and always showed up either early or on time and would answer and honor any requests that we asked for during the day. Site cleanup was always done at the end of the day and our neighbors commented on how respectful the crew was and that there was no major disruption on our narrow street. And our true testament is that they’ll be back to do a complete renovation of our main bathroom.

Dave, Keith, Roberta, and their team were the consummate professionals finishing the project on time, on budget, and with the utmost attention to detail. Clean, clean, clean. At the end of each day Planit's crew did an unbelievable job removing any dust and debris. Tools and materials were safely stored every night which gave my children the opportunity to look at the work step by step as it was being done.

We had a great experience with Planit Construction and highly recommend them! We had our entire first floor redone, along with adding a 200 sq ft den and gutted both bathrooms upstairs. Dave, Keith and their crew at Planit take pride in their work and are reliable, honest and hard working. Dave and Keith seem to have unlimited patience since I had what seemed like a thousand questions during this whole process. Planit Construction recently completed a full remodel of the first floor of my home inclusive of gut renovation and redesign of the kitchen, conversion of a 2 car garage into a family room with gas fireplace, construction of a new garage, removal of a sun room and refresh of the entry way with new front door and portico. Not only did they meet my expectations in regard to quality of work, timeliness and professionalism, they went above and beyond to exceed them. From the start of the design process through construction and follow-up, Dave & Keith and the crew demonstrated their expertise, impeccable customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear how important it is that their client’s are completely satisfied with their project no matter how big or small. From the owners to the office manager they all put in the effort needed to ensure the client is informed and a part of the process. I was equally impressed with their project management skills. They did an excellent job of managing the sub-contractors they brought onto the project and ensured that the same level of professionalism and work ethic is provided. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget, and worked with me to fine-tune as needed. If any questions or issues arose, Planit went above and beyond to ensure they were addressed immediately, and provided recommendations in how to move forward. Ultimately, my project was completed on budget and on time, and the consistent communication I received throughout made the experience far more pleasant than I anticipated. Not only am I thrilled with the final result, but I'm happy to recommend such a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to friends and family. I'm grateful that Planit Construction was the team I partnered with to create my dream home and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had Keith and his staff renovate our bathroom and upgrade some trim and finish work including raised panels and wainscotting. I couldn't be more happy for the reliability and work they performed here. The guys were all great guys, professional. Everyday they worked very neatly and cleaned up after themselves before going home for the day. The final work is beautiful what we envisioned and reasonably priced compared to other estimated I received for the same work. I HIGHLY recommend them for any work you might consider. We hired Keith and Dave of Planit Construction because of a recommendation that highlighted their artistry and master craftsmanship. Wow! We were never pleased more by any contractor with whom we have worked in nearly 50 years of home ownership. Everything they did turned out to be both beautiful, sound, and harmonious with our taste and our house. They were prompt in response to every issue, knowledgeable in making recommendations whenever something unexpected came up, reasonable and accurate in estimating costs, Their crew and the specalists that they brought in for plumbling and electrical work matched their own high standards . Whenever their day was done, no matter the state of the job, they left our house clean and neat, and we were never inconvenienced. The job of fully renovating our kitchen and enclosed porch, including a new partial roof over the rear of our house, was accomplished over about three months during the fall, 2015. All of their estimates, including any changes that cropped up, were clearly explained and reasonable as was the total cost of the project. We love what they did, would not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects.

We loved having planit construction working on our home! We had so much work done on our home since being hit with 2 hurricanes and we had many contractors, but Planit construction was the most reliable, they are very clean and meticulous about their work! Their attention to detail is unbelievable! You will not be disappointed with them. Dave and Kieth have such great design taste and they really pour their heart and soul into their work!

We are currently using Planit Construction for a whole house renovation. I have to say, I couldn't be happier with the level of attention and attention to detail that they've given every aspect of our project. Dave is always available to answer any questions I have (and I have many!) and has so many innovative ideas. Our experience has been excellent!
