We really enjoyed working with Platinum Development and creating a friendship with Lindy, Bruno and Ryan. As soon as we sat down to discuss building plans, we knew they were the company we wanted to build our home! Lindy and Bruno made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Platinum Development built us a beautiful home that we are enjoying making memories in.

Lindy and Bruno Olechnowicz of Platinum Builders did an outstanding job of building our home near ludington Michigan. They both are terrific listeners and have a good way of guiding you through all the decisions needed to build . Lindy went out of her way to go with us to see plumbing, lighting and kitchen stores. She was a real help in making suggestions that were key to a good outcome. Bruno is a highly skilled finish carpenter who created many of the interior finishes that made our home a real showplace without being pretentious. Best of all they both are willing to followup on our punch list and other issues that always need attention when building a home. Overall we couldn't be happier with Lindy and Bruno and the result.

We couldn't have been happier with Platinum Development. We had many long distance and wide ranging projects on our summer home. From a whole new kitchen and bath to landscaping, window replacement and a new roof on our 120 plus year old home. Everything was handled beautifully and seamlessly. Lindy and Bruno are amazing I never once doubted their advice and expertise. Everything came in on time and reasonable. We have worked with many contractors they aren't far the best!

Platinum Development Builders, headed by Lindy Olechnowicz, has done a fantastic job for us. Lindy is able to help with everything from architectural design decisions to interior design choices, is prompt and organized, has quality contacts in the industry but also shoots to work towards your budget, and isn't afraid to roll up her sleeves and help in any area. She is accessible via various communication methods and fun to work with. We are building a Michigan cottage from California and she is managing the multiple generations of family and the convoluted decision-making process with grace and ease.

We recently completed a major renovation and chose Platinium Builders as our contractor. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Starting with the design process to all the finished details, they brought together an extremely professional and knowlegable team of pros that creatively and beautifully finished my project on time and within the budget.

We worked with Platinum Development in 2012/13 when they first tore down our old summer cottage and then built a new one on the same property. Their documentation of the construction process, delivered to us at the time we signed the contract, was transparent and unbelievably thorough. They were consistently professional, yet caring and friendly. They also brought considerable problem solving skills and creativity to the project - important since we lived quite a distance from the project. A couple of the elements that they thought of were simply brilliant and made the place uniquely ours. They provided pictures of the progress on a nearly weekly basis and often used the pictures to ask us questions about next steps on one thing or another. We flew in to see the project four times during construction and they always used our time efficiently and effectively. The project was completed on time and they stuck to the budget (any budget overages were due to our choices). Over the last four years we have made some additional improvements and didn't hesitate to contract with Platinum again.

We have built and remodeled 11 homes and condos. Of all the builders we have used, we have found Platinum Builders to be the most capable of fulfilling our expectations. They met all deadlines, stayed within budget, kept us continually informed and are delivering an extremely well built home. This has all been done during difficult winter weather. They have made themselves a part of the project and made it enjoyable to be the owner/customer.

Our experience with the folks at Platinum could not have been better. They are innovative, thoughtful, reliable, hard-working, fun to work with and, above all, professional. They completed a large project for us in 2016 and we have several more projects that they will be handling for us in the years to come.

Platinum, honesty, integrity, efficiency. Need I say more? We have built 5 homes in the past 15 years with multiple builders. Platinum by far builds the highest quality home for a very very fair price. They have hand selected subs that are held to the highest standards. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a West Michigan builder no matter how large or small the project. I have toured homes they have built from 1500 sq ft to 7000 sq ft. the quality and attention to detail doesn't change! We will never have to look for another builder again, Platinum is our pick.
