When we began our kitchen and 1/2 bath renovation someone told us if you want perfection, hire Powell Builders. They were 100 percent correct. We cannot say enough about our experience. First and foremost, the quality of their work is exceptional. Paul and Luke Powell are the epitome of professionalism and two of the nicest people you will meet. They guided us through the process making suggestions when we needed them - and we really needed them! They were incredibly patient with us and our concerns even when we added jobs along the way. They provided the highest quality sub contractors who were equally as professional and accommodating. From start to finish we felt like our satisfaction was their priority and we could not be happier with our beautiful new kitchen.

we were recommended to Powell by our architect, as we were not living in the area when we began our remodel. Luke Powell re-arranged his personal schedule to have an initial meet with us when we began to obtain bids-that in itself, was impressive! The best was yet to come when we agreed to have them do this job, which was a complete gut/remodel project over 6 months (Jan -June). His projection on completion time was on point, even through 3 blizzards! We could tell from the start & throughout the project that Powell was always conscientious of correcting any existing structural, safety, or aesthetic issues; I always felt comfortable trusting his recommendations. I traveled here 1/month to meet him & his product vendors, who were all of excellent quality & service. He always kept punctual meeting times, being keen to my time. All Powell staff were talented professional craftsmen, very polite & trustworthy, & leaving the job in clean condition. As we made some plan changes along the way, they were always willing to accommodate & listen to our input. We highly recommend Powell Builders, & our neighbors would as well, since they closely watched & approved of the remodel process!

We have had Powell Builders do numerous projects for us - bathrooms, laundry room, mudroom, and deck - and had wonderful experiences with each one. Luke is very responsive to any questions, changes or concerns and is quick to address any issues. He has a truly impressive group of subcontractors working with him; we were very pleased by their quality of work and the ease with which everyone was scheduled. Luke and his employees were also very responsible about arriving at scheduled times and informing us of any changes. We have used the company through several projects and do plan to use them again in the future.

I'm not sure I could ever adequately express how impressed I am with Luke and Paul Powell. My home was a big, unfinished box with a lot of potential when they arrived on site. They left behind a showpiece that my family will love forever! No one else on my site had a propensity towards perfection quite like the Powell's. They're collaborative, intuitive, reliable and honest. They've exceeded our expectations and I can't imagine a scenario in which anyone would ever be disappointed with the quality, craftsmanship and professionalism offered by Luke & Paul Powell.

I have worked with Luke and Paul on multiple homes since 2007. I will continue to call them whenever I need work done. It is hard to find a contractor/builder that is on time, on budget and accountable. They are flexible when changes occur, which for me, was often, and they offer multiple solutions on the spot. Their crew is on time, tidy, and very helpful when questions arise. They do amazing work, are extremely diligent, resourceful, and I trust them completely.
