In business since 1987, Precise Home Builders specializes in high-end remodeling projects and has a diversified portfolio which includes kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, patios, pools, and full-scale new house construction. Precise operates with the clear understanding that clients’ satisfaction is the life-blood of its business and this mindset sets the tone for the handling of clients’ affairs from the very first phone call to the final walk through. As prospective clients call to schedule an appointment, the initial information regarding each project is collected to enable the project manager to arrive at the meeting with a clear understanding regarding the scope of the project at hand. Each meeting includes a thorough discussion of all design, construction and budget aspects. An initial estimate and a 3D design is usually created and presented to the clients before the end of the meeting. Each job agreement includes a step-by-step, detailed list of all the project’s stages so the client is made aware of the different tasks involved before the work begins. Special attention is given to compliance with building codes and all necessary permits are obtained on behalf of the client. With a clear understanding that any remodeling project is a serious undertaking for home owners, Precise Home Builders makes clients satisfaction with the handling and quality of projects a top priority.
