Ray & Elie do amazing work. They did an addition at my Menlo Park ranch house converting a bedroom in a master bathroom and adding a master bathroom. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, they completed the project on time and did many extra projects that I decided to add mid project. Their bid was lower than everyone, because they employ their own crew vs going through sub contractors. That is a big deal. Their cost is also lower, because thy encourage you to buy the material directly using their contractor discount vs most contractors charge you 10% over retail and take a 25% profit. They have never nickled and dimed me, they are honest good people. My next remodel will also be with them.

I've worked on several different projects with PRI ( Ray & Eli) starting in 2010 and continuing to a full remodel in 2014-2015. PRI designed, engineered and built a beautiful, separate pool house, re-configured and refinished my l - shaped pool to a rectangle & removed and replaced all the pool decking. it turned out beautifully. In 2014, I had plans done to redo our front facade incubation raising the roof, removing interior walls, redoing the kitchen and replacing 8 sets of french doors (many of which had failed panes of glass). I received 3 bids for the project and PRI was by far the most cost effective and reasonable that I was able to do the whole project. Eli has an incredibly pleasant and positive "can do" attitude. He is very creative and generous. Ray will work tirelessly to help find the best solutions at the best price. I highly recommend PRI!

Eli and his team are the utmost professionals & experts in their field! High integrity, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. Eli is very responsive and communicates via text, email, phone, and met with us regularly to discuss the project, progress, and what to expect. His team is polite, cleans up after themselves every day, they are on time, & the list of their strengths go on. Eli is a licensed general contractor and we will continue to recommend and use him for any remodel or new construction. They did an outstanding job on our full kitchen remodel. The bid was thorough, accurate; and modifications are discussed and documented before they occur. Eli helped secure the permit and worked with the inspector to pass all of the inspections on the first try.
