Preferred Construction Group

Preferred Construction Group removed, replaced, and painted the dry rot wood trim on my two story home in Northeast Modesto. They also removed a dry rot door and replaced with a steel door and installed a dog door. Their pricing was competitive, they finished the job in one day, the workers were polite, they were very knowledgeable, skillful, and they cleaned up after they finished the job. I would definitely recommend Preferred Construction Group to my friends and family, and I would absolutely use them again.

This contractor is EXCELLENT! The fastest response times I've ever seen for a contractor! Quoted us 3 days and got it done in 2 days. No attitude when you follow up. Ready to do whatever you need ASAP. As a Realtor, I couldn't ask for better communication. Truly excellent customer service! We had specific fixes we needed asap in order to complete a home sale and Israel/Preferred Construction Group will now be my go-to, 100%. Almost forgot to add! The prices are unbeatable!!!

I had PCG complete several projects at my home. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent. Their work is solid, the workers are careful and professional and the pricing is very reasonable and competitive. I had PFC replace my entire wooden fence in my backyard, replace my old stone walkway leading from the sidewalk to my porch with a new cement pathway, install a brand new concrete walkway leading from my backyard to the sidewalk, and install new concrete walkways in my backyard. Currently, I have a sprinkler project pending. I have plans to continue with PFC for more projects. If I didn’t think they were quality then I would have stopped along the way with some of the other projects they completed. Just to be transparent, I would have rated them 5 stars. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there have been and currently experiencing scheduling conflicts that create delays and other inconveniences. Israel is easy to work with and is very attentive to my concerns and is responsive to my communications. However, the delays and scheduling can be annoying to a degree. Lastly, PCG is very good and should be considered for your next project. If you don’t mind some delays and scheduling issues then PCG is the way to go.

Israel Juarez was an excellent contractor and worked with me on every detail for our 2 bath remodels. We recently purchased a house that was all original 1991. Both bathrooms were a complete gut job and Israel’s crew did a fantastic job! He worked with me on my design ideas and communication was excellent. Any issues were immediately corrected. The transformations are amazing! Highly recommend PCG!

Had my hallway bathroom redone. Took them 4 days from demo to finish. Very quick job that included removing a bathtub and installing a full tile shower. Great job and quick turn around.
