Hired this company to enclose a screen room to a sunroom. It has taken over a year and it’s still not completed just to put up two walls a door and two windows. Now after a whole year they are asking for more money for electrical work. When I signed the contract I agreed to a fully completed sunroom that that needed no electrical work and was only supposed to take several weeks. Now a year later they are saying they can’t close out the permit because they need electrical work for a light and switch after paying $22,000 and waiting over a year for the job to be completed, So, now we are going to have a legal battle on our hands because they won’t do the right thing by us. I am a 72-year-old disabled woman living on Social Security and they are doing this to me.

Preventive maintenance was the most professional experience we had encountered in our 37 years as homeowners. Sherry and Kris were very easy to work with. Brian and his workers did an excellent job. Great company. These guys are professional, once we got the permits they really hustled to get the job done. And they did it right, regardless some changed we had to make on the overall design.

We hired Kristian and his crew to repair the fascia and to complete a screen enclosure on our very large patio. We had no idea what to expect as we had recently retired to the area. Recently, Preventive Maintenance built a sizable room addition on my house, with a concrete walkway and a 15’ X 10’ wide concrete slab attached. Their work was superb to every detail and their crew was 1st class, knowledgeable and courteous.
