My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It was truly something to see Primo Custom Construction increase the value of a flip by $300,000 in short order. Opening walls, new lighting, updating flooring and more! Once on the market the home was under contract in just days for nearly a million dollars!

Primo Custom Construction provided fantastic service! Without a doubt I give them 5 stars. Jose and the entire team were extremely friendly and helpful while assisting with our backyard expansion. They responded quickly to our inquiry, communicated well, and patiently answered all our project questions. Specifically, they built a second-floor deck, doubling our existing structure and adding a staircase to the backyard. They finished the project in less than a week---we were amazed by their professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company and will refer to anyone who needs construction and/or landscaping services.
