Our 100 year old home had a pipe burst before Christmas; five rooms needed restoration. Because Bill treats people kindly and with respect, he has extraordinary relationships with his team and local professionals. We needed plastering, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking and painting. To a person, everyone was a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of the craftsmanship is magazine worthy. Each room is fantastic now. Bill organized every step and was always available if we had questions.The project was done way before we thought possible. If you don't know about Bill Pushaw Builders, look no further. Pushaw Builders has done a great job in managing a complex addition to our house. Bill figured out ways to improve upon the design that our architect had drawn out in our plans. A project like the one we took on has many challenges, but Bill would always be available for a quick call. If he couldn't pick up the phone when I called, he would always call me back quickly. Our house project went over our original budget, but the increase was based on things we wanted to add while Bill's team were in and working on our house. We put our trust in Pushaw Builders and they did not disappoint us!

After we lost our home due to fire in Southeast Michigan, we decided to start a new life--and new home--on the west side of the state. Every time we saw a house that appealed to us in Grand Haven, we were told that it had been built (or renovated) by Pushaw Builders. So, we interviewed Bill Pushaw after settling on a house for renovation that had been originally built by Habitat for Humanity. Wife Debbie and I were immediately attracted to Bill's genuine way. Denny Dryer, a local architect created a plan and turned it over to Bill and his people. Jeff Bartz, the main roughing carpenter worked like a red squirrel. And Paul Veach, Pushaw's finish carpenter, who has a fine arts degree, created a front entrance (as just one example) that looks like a piece of furniture. Every tradesman that Pushaw brought to the job--Chris Larson, the electrician; C.J., the tile man, Jose Rangel, the painter; the list goes on and on--was a craftsman in his own right. My wife and I knew that we were going to get a beautiful new house in the end. Little did we realize that we would wind up with a custom craftsman-style home..
