About Us

Michael Jenks- Proprietor and project manager, on all contracts, has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Minor from Temple Univ. Engineering graduating in 1980. After designing structural steel and materials handling equipment for FMC Linkbelt, he moved on to Construction Engineering as a career change. He received his Electrical Contractors license in 1987 and then his Historic Home Restoration license. Quic Construction also handles new construction and restaurant build-outs, commercial remodeling and condo maintenance and restoration. Quic Construction handles condo complexes of 150 to 400 units in all phases electrical, plumbing, finish work and exterior finishing, worked across the spectrum with countless HOA’s and interface with other contractors. QUIC CONSTRUCTION ranks 97th out of the thousands of Pennsylvania contracting companies according to a BUILDZOOM.COM rating system which put them in the top 3%. The company employs the majority of workers with over twenty years hands on experience for the ultimate in professional finishes and INTEGRITY. Meaning we do what is RIGHT when NOBODY is WATCHING! When mike first came to look at my banister replacement job he suggested using the old banister and reattaching it instead of fabricating a new piece. He claimed he had a master carpenter who he would have working with him. Let’s just say the job did not go as planned. He left caulk on our brand new carpet and damaged our wall to which he said we would have to pay someone else to come fix. When we told him our concerns he simply said “I’m done. I’m not doing anything else with this job”
