We met Randall the day after purchasing an 80 year old home in need of extensive remodeling. Randall and the crew worked with us to remove walls, add central heating and air, rewire the entire house, add a bath and remodel two existing baths, lay new hardwood and match and refinish all the floors and give me the kitchen I've always wanted. All the while retaining the charm and character of the original house. We would definitely recommend them. Throughout this project they have been professional, courteous, reliable and respectful of our budget and any concerns.

I was very apprehensive about building a house, but Randall Smith Construction was very professional. The project was not nearly as daunting as anticipated, thanks to the courteous and respectful attitude of these contractors. Randall and Cullen Smith were readily available to answer any questions or concerns I had and were reassuring whenever I started feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend them. D. Didier

Randall Smith Construction completed a covered patio and outdoor kitchen addition to our 30+ year old home. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. The construction crew, which was headed up by his son, was extremely competent and completed their work right the first time. The project was relatively complex yet no tear outs and rebuilds were necessary. The crew came on site every day that was scheduled with a plan in hand for that day. They simply executed and executed well each day. We are extremely appreciative of the quality of their work and the speed with which they executed. I would have no hesitancy in recommend them to anyone needing competent remodeling services.
