Daniel Builders are very professional, excellent work and timely, offering suggestions to better my project. Always neat and clean. Never had any problems with anyone that worked at my home. We replaced our deck with a 4-seasons room, cement patio and resided the entire home. He gave us an accurate estimate.

We hired Dan Dobson and his team at Daniel Builders, Inc. to put a large split level deck on the back of our home. Our home sits on the edge of a ridge and we wanted to have a sturdy deck that didn't obstruct the view of our woods from any of the windows. This deck was also going to lead to a fire pit & patio area further out on the ridge. They we're able to see our vision and did a great job. The project was affordable and completed on time. The products they showed us we're exactly what we'd been looking for. We now have living space on the back of our house that blends right into our home in the woods. We hold Dan and his team in the highest regard for their honesty, professionalism, personalized attention, timeliness, and follow-up.

We needed a general contractor to finish out our pole barn. Daniel Builders was recommended to us. From the start the owner Dan was exceptionally professional, friendly and kept us informed and up to date on all aspects of our build. We couldn't recommend Daniel Builders more highly. What can I say, I love my house since the remodel. At our first meeting Dan saw my vision of what I wanted and he delivered. We went from a house with lots of rooms to an open concept. Dan of Daniel Builders has been great to work with during the construction of our new home. He was very helpful in orchestrating all aspects of the home building process. We came to him with a general layout and floor plan of a home we loved, but needed to make it work for our life. We wanted a fully custom home, and that is definitely what we ended up with for sure. From referring an architect to work with to figure out exactly the layout we wanted to picking out samples of everything for our home, he seemed to have resources that made it more streamlined, yet allowed us to be as creative as we wanted. There were a few minor oversights that occurred during the home building process that were probably due to a lack of communication or lack of attention to detail. However, these problems were addressed appropriately within a reasonable time frame. We worked with many wonderful, talented, and organized entities, both organizations and tradesmen that Dan continues to use for all of his building processes.He has even followed up with us through a few problems since building completion to ensure we were fully satisfied with our new home. Working with Daniel Builders was a wonderful experience. My project was a laundry room, bathroom, and kitchen remodel. I had an idea of what I wanted to have done but Dan took it to a different level with our conversation. Within a short period of time he had a sketch and we were discussing the best way to achieve the scope and how to hold to the budget I proposed. There were so many details I had not thought of; he was patient and understanding while having my best interest in mind. All of the sub contractors he involved had the same vision, focus, and did not try to influence me in any other direction. Dan always responded to text, emails, or phone calls in a timely manner. I never waited long for answers to any of my questions. The quality of his work expresses his passion to create something wonderful. I highly recommend Daniel Builders for any project no matter the size.

We had a barn with living space being built by some friends in central Indiana. When the friends got too busy to complete the project they recommended Daniel Builders to complete the project. Dan Dobson the owner stepped into the project and we could not have asked for a better General Contractor. We live in Alaska and our plan was to have this 40' x 64' pole barn with living space built so we would have a place to stay when we retire and have a full size home built. The distance between us and the project was somewhat nerve racking but Dan made the completion of the project very seamless. Dan did an excellent job getting very skilled persons to do the different parts of the work and kept us informed of any issues. When we returned to Indiana after 3 months the project was almost completed. Dan did a great walk down of the project with us and made a final list of minor items to complete. We are so impressed with the job they did for us that we may not want or need to build a full size house. If we do build in the future it will be with Daniel Builders doing the work.

Dan is a great builder. He's built two homes for me and added a sunroom. The construction quality is solid. He understand the vision of his client and works hard to implement their ideas.
