R&D Custom Homes

Since 1991 R&D Custom Homes has been a major home-building force. Known largely for our commitment to Custom-Designed Homes, we are the source for residences tailored specifically to our Customers needs and desires. R&D Custom Homes was founded by Rocky Spano and Dan DeVivo. We started out small in the tile and remodeling business and built the business from the ground up. Dan and I have been in the remodeling and construction industry since the late '70's. R&D Custom Homes works only with suppliers and crews capable of delivering the quality that their Customers demand. I play a key on-site and hands-on role in each new construction project paying close attention to every detail large and small. "This is not a cookie-cutter approach to building homes". Every detail of the design is considered and discussed with the customer. No one is forced to settle for "what's available". A constant dialog is kept open with our Customers to insure that all expectations are completely met. Whether it's that unique front door or that special ceiling design for the dining room, Customers will find R&D Custom Homes ready to accommodate. We strive to partner with our Customers and involve them in the design and construction of what will be their biggest investment - their home. By listening to our Customers and paying close attention to their needs we insure a satisfying home construction experience which is second to none.
