My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We hired Zac and Jerry to install a new patio door, sky lights, new wood ceiling and new countertops. They did an excellent job, were reasonably priced and completed the job timely. They also do an excellent job at clean up. Will definitely hire them again!

Zach replaced our 40 square roof on our vacation home. All work was completed on time and on budget with absolutely no issues.

Zac was upfront, professional and did a great job. We would hire Rappa Construction again, and have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Over the years, I hired Rappa Construction to build an add-on garage, outbuilding, patio door, and interior oak trim at my home. Additionally, we hired him to build outbuildings, a free standing garage, install new windows and doors, siding, concrete work, and unique specialty items such as bases and shelters for trap mechanisms at our shooting range. In each case, Jerry did an superb job. All projects were accomplished within budget and time constraints. I would unequivocally recommend him for any carpentry job you have. The date below is the first project at my home. He has performed work at my home and the range from 2013 through 2017. The cost range below is the combined cost of all projects.
