We hired Raul to do a gut renovation of our master bathroom. Raul and his crew member arrived promptly every morning, and left the work area neat and tidy at the end of the day. We had some unexpected framing and plumbing issues, but Raul explained our options and resolved the problems. He also made some very thoughtful suggestions for our project. SUPERB QUALITY, DETAIL ORIENTED, HIGHLY CREATIVE, COURTEOUS, EXTREMELY TRUSTWORTHY, VERY FAIR PRICING!!! In 20+ years of homeownership, we have completed many major projects on different homes. Raul and his crew at Raza General Construction are by far the best I have ever worked with. Being relatively new to the area, we met with several firms for our family room, bathroom, and bedroom renovation. We had no prior experience with Raza, but luckily came across them on Houzz. We felt confident with Raul from the initial consultation… he spent a lot of time reviewing the project, making sure he understood exactly what we wanted, and quickly followed up with an estimate. It was very competitive with others, but what really impressed us was how thorough it was. We were able to see the cost involved in each item and make adjustments if necessary. Raul and his team made the renovation itself stress free. The entire crew was very respectful of our home and our time. They showed up every morning at 8:00am and worked tirelessly until 5:00pm or later, cleaning the house thoroughly each evening (and the work included a lot of demolition). Raul offered a number of creative suggestions throughout the project that ended up being better than imagined (the 20 foot long built-in unit / fireplace he designed and built by far surpassed our expectations). He was always accessible off-hours when we had random questions and the whole team was extremely patient with us as we made slight changes or additions during the work. The renovations were completed exactly on schedule and, most refreshing, did not cost a penny more than the estimate!!! The quality of their work is tremendous and we are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome!!! I certainly know how stressful the process can be. All I will say is my wife and I are so glad to have found Raza and I truly recommend hiring them… you will not be disappointed!! We are definitely using them for future renovations (they are actually already scheduled to start on our next project in a few weeks!!!)
