RD has done various projects for me for the last 7 years, including building my 10000 Sf home in Scottsdale. I've worked with several builders and Ron Barney is the best contractor I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. He does a first rate job while keeping costs as low as possible. Our home turned out better than we dreamed and at a very reasonable cost. If I have another project, no matter how big or small, RD would be my first and only choice.

RD Enterprises LLC and Ron Barney completed a complete re-build of our home in Arcadia. The original home was conventionally framed, block, built in 1965. Our project was completed on-time and conformed to cost estimates. Ron was reasonable about change orders, mostly because they resulted from his recommendations. As an aside, he had excellent ideas. Ron Barney's subcontractors were all experienced and honest. They were neat and respectful. They all understood that Ron had high standards.

We recently completed new custom home located in North East Gilbert that Ron at RD Enterprises has built for us. We chose Ron based on a strong recommendation from a friend who completed a major renovation with him a few years ago. We came in with very high expectations based on what we had been told about our builder and we have not been disappointed, in fact our expectations have been exceeded. Ron and his entire team are experienced professionals who have proven to be detail oriented and extremely capable at helping us find the right balance between design, budget, and build time.
