Reap Construction

Reap Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen a year ago and we absolutely love the newly revitalized space. Working with Joy, Bob, and Jennifer was easy with seamless communication: straightforward, timely, and focused on our needs. And recently when we experienced flooding in our lower level, the Reap team jumped in to help us out. When we do more renovations in the future, we'll be working with Reap Construction.

We enjoyed the building process of our new home because of Reap's close attention and organization. Our weekly meetings with Joy and Bob Reap and our architect, Jeff McBride, gave us a better understanding of the building schedule and what to expect. The meetings also presented opportunities to discuss any changes that we might want.. The entire Reap team instilled confidence that things were going to be done right. Everyone was always very friendly and willing to answer questions. Thank you for making this project so much fun. We are very grateful and would not change a thing.

Talented carpenter did a good job building a small room with a loft. We had a couple of communication issues with the contractor, which were addressed and resolved by the company owners.

Our home was built by Reap Construction 3 years ago. We enjoyed working with Reap Construction on the Bear Creek custom home. Their top-notch team embraced details that make this home unique. These details include timber trusses, a double-sided stone-faced fireplace, the entry door and side lights, kitchen cabinetry, and most importantly hand-crafted steel accents including glass and steel doors, a steel hearth and a steel range hood surround. Joy and Bob Reap are a pleasure to work with!

Bob and Joy Reap built our house. As a project manager, Joy is easy to work with and very detail oriented. Bob, as the key man in the field and the supervisor, was always available for consultation and also easy to work with. We truly had a great experience from the design phase through to the completion of construction. Several years after completion, the quality and attention to detail are always commented on by friends and family when they visit.

Reap Construction built our small, efficient, modern home near Sugarbush. We were not in town for most of the construction, but knowing Bob was managing the job put us completely at ease. He understood our vision so he was able to handle any decisions that we could not make from afar. In addition, Bob was always willing to offer his suggestions when we didn’t know which way to go, and thankfully he was able to give us great alternatives when our decisions did not fit our budget. Joy was phenomenal to work with as she is extremely organized, efficient, and in control of everything from the big picture to small details. It was also fantastic working with her because she was always quickly available by either email or phone - you can’t find that type of communication in most industries let alone the building business. This was the fourth project we have worked on with Reap Construction. In each case we were very satisfied with the work done and overall experience. In this particular project there was a lot of coordination with subcontractors. Joy kept them all on task and schedule and made sure we were happy with the results. In each instance that we have worked with Bob and Joy and their team, we have found them to be very communicative, the work to be a high quality and long lasting, the costs within budget, the project done on time, and the people very professional and pleasant to work with.
