We got the bid from Redstone again even though we already know they do a great job from last experience with them 1.5 years ago(we had a massive renovation-kitchen, bathroom, mudroom, office, guest bedroom, sunroom and a deck) They came much lower than the other reputable company apple to apple. This time we did mastersuite renovation including 14 by 12 walk in closet add in over the garage and total renovation of the bathroom. We also raised the ceiling in the bedroom. Bob gave us every price options we were curious about. What if we do this, what if we that. He never made us feel like we are being too difficult even though I knew we were when we asked him to ask 4 of the closet makers to price walk in closet in 4 different way(all melamine, melamine+ wood, all wood and melamine structure without the drawer systems). He was very professional in every step of the process and made sure that we got what we really wanted. Once the project started going, Dan was making sure that every sub contractor was doing the best they could do and make sure we were satisfied every day during the renovation. Another thing I really liked about Redstone builder is their flexibility on purchasing items on my own or hiring people outside of their subcontractors. I had found some people through Angie's list and wanted to use them, and they were compeletly opened to that. I won't change a single thing from our master suite. We are very happy with our new master suite. It’s really nice to meet someone and actually build a relationship you can trust on and pass on that relationship to someone else.
