Rietz walked away from our build in the middle of framing. Left us with the wood framing with puddles of water from rain. They fired all employees and left us to finish house by ourself. They went way over budget from the beginning. Really bad experience

Reitz Builders are so wonderful to work with. They always keep you apprised of appoint adjustments and send you reminders when they are on their way. If there is any issue they are on it right away and make sure you are satisfied. Two of the most important things to me are a clean work site and showing up on time. They are great at both of those and do outstanding work even on my small jobs. Thanks to Jay and the team.

We have now used Jay's firm, Reitz Builders, twice. He and his team exceeded our expectations both times, first in designing and installing custom metalwork in our Route 66 bar, then completely renovating our front entrance portico. His work site is always spotless, which means a lot if you are constructing during normal business hours. One day, I hope to get him into my home, and watch him work his magic there too! A total professional.

Hiring Jay and his crew honestly feels like hiring close, trusted family. He operates out of an abundance of good faith, and I mean that phrase in more than one way. Jay's work is of the highest quality, and he'll only sub contract with experienced pros. To be honest, I'm sure I could have gotten my kitchen remodel done more cheaply. But in this line of work, you get what you pay for, and the peace of mind that came with watching his crew attend to every detail comes with great value. This project took a long time, but that's because Jay is in high demand, and also because he was flexible with US, as we were on an extended payment schedule.

I have had an opportunity to work with many contractors over the past 40 plus years and have to say that they don't get any better than Reitz Builders of Flagstaff. Reitz Builders customer service is second to none. The professionalism they present to both clients and other trades doesn't get any better than what they provide that can only result in the best experience possible for the home owners that select Reitz Builders.

I have worked with Reitz Builders on two jobs now and find them to be very professional, easy to get a hold of when needed, and responsive to situations on site. There has been a consistent attention to detail, the job sites are always clean, and I have been impressed at their continued interest in deploying new technologies/products.

Their Design Team came up with a very Functional and Beautiful plan(the Glass Tile work in the shower looks Awesome).
