I have worked with Relations Construction in various capacities since the business was started. From helping with simple tasks such as a laborer or helper, to minor projects and today handing most of the Information Technology needs for the business and employees. I've seen this business grow from a small home maintenance and handyman type of business to what is now a major construction and renovation company within a span of less than 10 years. The main reason for this type of growth, aside from the quality construction and renovation of course, is right there in the name: Relations. Jerry and his team work extremely hard to make sure every client is treated fairly and with respect. The whole Relations Team constantly goes out of their way to accomplish what the client desires, within their budget and time frame. The customer service is why most of their clients wind up as friends and word-of-mouth promoters of Relations Construction.

Relations Construction is wonderful! They turned our unfinished basement into a great playroom for my kids. They are very personable and reliable and take pride in their work. If they make a mistake they fix it. I love how they gave great insights about the project along the way. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can only give the highest recommendation for Relations Construction. They take the stress out of home improvement projects. The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to providing high quality service. RC completed a Master Bedroom/Bathroom project for me in record time. My design was selected by a vendor for their website, and we had to get the job done in 4 weeks! Demo, reconstruction, tile, windows, it all got done. If I did not like how something turned out, through no fault of theirs, RC worked with me until I got the result I wanted. I have no hesitation recommending Relations Construction. They do a great job and are a pleasure to work with.

We've used Relations Construction for a number of home improvement projects. They transformed our 3 season porch into a year round room, knocked walls down for us to create a more open concept on our first floor and also finished our basement. We've always been pleased with the work that is done and pricing is fair. I would highly recommend Jerry and his crew!

My partner and I chose Relations based on a gut instinct of trust in its principal and a good bid. We have not been disappointed. We have had many obstacles due to the age and condition of the "flip" and Jerry and his crew have been responsive, quick-acting and problem solving. They think "outside the box" and recognize that the budget is important (as well as the timeline) but have created a quality end-product. The end product is quality and the budget on target. We are very pleased with the job and will use the company for our next flip this Summer.

Relations is nearly complete constructing a Coffee Shop/Café in a church for me. They have been professional in every way, and their work is very good quality. We have made changes along the way, asked to complete some of the work ourselves, and they have worked with us every step of the way in the process.
