This was our second time using Jake and Revive Properties for updating our Seagrove Beach condo. Once again everything was perfect! Not only do I love the finished product but working with them from long distance was a breeze. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time! Could not ask for better service than we received for Jake and his crew.

Jake and his crew are top notch. Communication and correspondence were clear and timely. My renovation involved 3 bathrooms, ceiling and crown/base molding. All were done exceptionally well. I would highly recommend!

Jake and his team were extremely professional and skilled. They worked with us on our schedule and we’re extremely prompt and kept their work space and the house as clean as you could for renovations. We have 2 bigger dogs that they were great with. They even repaired some other minor home issues outside the scope of the bathroom remodel.

The crew was so professional— from the initial consult to the very last day of work. They were so helpful for smart, budget-friendly suggestions along the way. We are so happy with our new half bath, master bath, and kitchen! If we were to have more work done on our house, Revive would absolutely be our first choice !

Kitchen remodel/trim painting and door installed on vacation rental. I have not seen completed work yet but property staff checked and said work was done well. I have had remodeling jobs done so I'm very aware of the "hopeful" timelines given... This job was finished weeks ahead of schedule and communication was very clear and Jake sent photos often of work being done.

We hired Revive properties to do our kitchen remodeling, replace all flooring, and paint the whole house. We are so happy with everything they did. All the workers were very professional and went above and beyond for us. We will be using them in the future for our bathroom remodels.

Jake and his team at Revive Properties did a great job on our home remodel. About 80% of the house was remodeled and the results were amazing. From the beginning Jake was professional and responsive. He was also willing to help us stay within our budget. His team was on time, courteous and professional. As with any big project, there were some setbacks but Jake handled them professionally and always kept an open line of communication with us. We would definitely do business with Revive Properties again!

We hired Revive Properties to do a complete renovation of our 3 bedroom condo on the beach. The owner, Jake Armstrong, and his team had tons of terrific ideas and we love our results! So much so that we hired them again to update the home we were selling!.

Couldn't be happier!! Jake helped us with the renovation of our guest bathroom. He did a wonderful job helping us through the planning process and provided great options to consider. Because of delays (caused by my decision delays), the project took a bit longer than planned, and Jake and his team kept us updated with pictures and status reports. The condo was cleaned daily, so our life was minimally affected while the work was done. Overall Jake and team did an outstanding job...and we'll use them again next time we have a renovation project.

Jake and his subcontractors were great! Jake is very professional and stays on top of everything throughout the project. Even after our project was complete, Jake checked in with us to make sure we were 100% satisfied and assisted with anything we needed.
