I hired Rex Romano Builders to do the remodeling work for my home and to install my new, gorgeous hardwood floors. I had seen the work he put in at my friends house and liked what he had done there. I recently contracted with Rex Romano Builders to replace the 2nd story deck on my home. The experience was nothing but positive with an exceptionally satisfying result. From my first interactions with Mr Romano, he was professional, thorough, and timely in his explanations and responses; I did not have to "chase him down", as he was proactive in scheduling and walking me through the construction steps from beginning to end. During construction, periodically I would have questions or comments; Mr. Romano was personally involved and answered all questions to my satisfaction, and took pride in explaining the various aspects of the job and his work. I am happy to be the first to review Rex R. and his work. I needed some repair work done to outside wall surfaces. He came to inspect...explained what he was going to do and how it would transpire and quoted a price that was more than acceptable. He was able to complete the job within time parameters, was totally professional throughout and came up with several solutions to a vexing problem. He completely cleared the area of work upon completion of painting...including sweeping up the sawdust residual from the construction work.
