Scott and all the people at Rhino Construction were an absolute delight to work with. They were extremely professional and responsive, and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result. They showed up on time, took cleanliness seriously, always responded to questions, and helped us through every step of the process on our kitchen renovation. They went above and beyond everything we expected......and finished exactly when they said they would finish. Highly recommend!

So I can literally not say enough good things about this company. Our entire house basically had to be completely overhauled after asbestos contamination - and we had to get it done quickly. I was literally trying to find a contractor for months before I finally met Scott. I called sooo many - they wouldn't show up for the scheduled estimate, or wouldn't send an estimate, or weren't able to handle the scope of the project/timeline, or were charging too much. Shortly after Scott came on board, I was floored by how communicative/reliable he is. He began the project right away (the week before Christmas!) and he and his team worked tirelessly to get it completed by the deadline. There were so many things that made this project unusually difficult, including having to deal with paperwork from our insurance company/mortgage bank and also the fact that I was actually out of the area for the majority of the work. I've known Scott for Ten years now and am in the process of working with him on project at the moment. He is extremely an extremely detailed and caring contractor. Scott is an exceptional hands-on contractor that will take a job from conception being involved in all the processing of plans, every little detail he cares about all the way to project completion. Scott and the crew at Rhino Construction were wonderful to work with as new home owners who had projects that were beyond our abilities. From the beginning, Scott took his time to hear our thoughts and ideas, and helped us formulate the best plan for our budget and long term goals in a way that was not intimidating, and was in OUR best interest! The project was quoted with a detailed list of what was to take place, and how much each item would cost, so we always knew what to expect. The work was done in a timely and professional manner that gave us piece of mind that the job was being done right the first time. I cannot stress how much I recommend this crew! If you need a personable professional who will not take advantage of you, AND do the work right the first time- look no further! ***Work Done: -Removal of acoustic/popcorn ceiling -Removed fireplace/ half wall ( future plans to move fireplace to another wall) -Removal of fluorescent light and plastic lens enclosure in kitchen- replace with can lights - Removal of upper cabinets in kitchen -Required permits obtained *** The end result allows us to have a open living space with clear sight lines which is more fitting to our family's needs. We are thrilled with the results!

Can a contractor rebuild your home and your faith in humanity? Scott Reinhardt and Rhino Construction did just that for us. I have no connection to the company, except deep gratitude for a job well done and the joy of living in a home where every detail speaks to the passion that Scott and his crew have for exceptional workmanship, communication, and safety. In late 2014 just before Christmas, we had a house fire. My wife, little boy, and 120-pound dog moved into a hotel. I wish I could say that Scott was the first person we hired, he wasn't. (See my other reviews for the gory details and to save yourself from the same fate.) When we hired Scott, our home was full of problems, sloppy workmanship, and dangerous code violations. More than that, we had completely lost faith that there was anyone left in the construction business who cared more about their customers and product than their bottom line. Scott and his company changed all of that. I could write this review for hours. I could give example after example of the times they went above and beyond to help us repair our home and return our lives to normalcy. I have witnessed, first hand, Scott's attention to detail. I have stood by his side and said that something looks great -- later overhearing him point out flaws to his crew, that only he noticed, and requesting that his workman fix them on his own dime. It would have been easy for him to move on, knowing that I was happy with the work, but that's not who Scott is. When you make a decision to build, rebuild, or remodel a home -- sometimes we don't take into account how important our time and sanity is. Sometimes we trade it for a slightly lower price. I learned this lesson the hard way, I hope I can give you the gift of making the right decision the first time. If you're trying to decide between companies -- send me a note, or call me. My wife and I wanted to do a somewhat major remodel for our home (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.). Historically, our luck with contractors was poor at best. Therefore, we were very hesitant. Rhino Construction was referred to me by a business associate. We interviewed several contractors along with Rhino. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Scott and his group. The process could not have gone any smoother. Scott was on time and on budget with the entire project. There were some unexpected challenges along the way (which is totally expected in construction) but Scott and his group made it easy to get through them. Scott's projected time frame for the work was half the time of the other contractors we interviewed. This was important to us as we were living in the house at the time. He delivered the project on my wife's birthday, as promised and the quality of the work exceeded your expectation. We have since used Rhino for several other projects and referred them to others (who had a great experience). We finally found a contractor who we can trust. I highly recommend Rhino construction.

Integrity, real true honesty, character and exceptional work. It is hard to find a polished gem amongst so many cubic zirconia, but Scott is the real deal!!!

I have known Scott Reinhardt since 1996. I have worked with Scott in the home building industry, I have referred him to my clients and he has done work on my home. Scott's work has always been impeccable. He is honest and straight forward. He will always tell you the truth. I highly recommend Rhino Construction. Scott Reinhardt was very professional start to finish. I remodeled our master and secondary bathrooms. The finished bathrooms are beautiful! The workers were very respectful of the rest of the house cleaning as they progressed through the projects.

Scott has been our contractor of choice for many years. Pricey, sometimes, but it's because he demands that every job be done right. The part I marvel at is his personal attention, long after the big job is done. He did a major remodel on our office building, then years later I actually see Scott himself, out making sure our generator is working, or doing touch up work. He's become a great friend. Use him, you'll be happy you did.

Rhino Construction (Scott Reinhardt) is simply the best. My boss hired him to remodel both of his houses, one in LA in 2007 and in SB in 2012. The LA place he just purchased and was surprised with massive termite damage (purposely hidden by the seller) to support beams and horrible water leaks throughout the place. Scott discovered the very dangerous problem where the seller had puttied and painted over the dry rot. Every major support beam was ready to collapse. And this house was on a hillside! He did a wonderful job and continues to upgrade the house to this day. I had him do a smaller job at my townhouse and he never made me feel like the job was too small. Our HOA hired him to repair a horrible outside building water leak and he did an excellent repair. He seems to be a water leak expert! We recommended him to our CPA who still raves about what a great job Scott did on his total house remodel and then HE recommended him to his business associate who is thrilled with the job he did for them too. He's the only contractor I would ever need, or recommend.

I've owned 2 homes built by Scott Reinhardt. The first one was a 2800 square foot single story in Simi Valley California and the second was a 3200 square foot single story story in Oxnard California and they were both beautiful homes with amazing attention to detail and finish work.
