Dave always stays withing planned timeline and budget and stays cool, concentrated and collected even during construction going on in the background, Dave personally participated in every project he gets involved in making sure with keen attention to detail that client receives the promised goods and services. Approved and recommended business .

We hired Ria Construction and Dhaval to rehab our downstairs. The quality of their work and attention to detail were exemplary. We still get compliments on the new hardwood floors and the updated bathroom. The project was on budget and they were receptive when we needed to make changes to the proposed plans.

We hired Dave and his team for a complete gut rehab of our home in the Chicago suburbs. They have very good team in place and all of the workers were respectful and up front. They took time to explain the process and help us with the finish material selection within the budget. Construction can get frustrating but I think they handled it well. Will hire again.

We have hired this company twice. Once to remodel bathrooms in 2011 and again to finish basement in 2014. We had great experience both times. Basement was obviously much bigger project and the final product was just AMAZING! I wish I could upload pictures which speaks 1000 words! We had a very contemporary design in mind, we gathered pictures of how we wanted the bar area, media room, wine celler, decorative ceillings, etc (most pictures came from Houzz website). Dave was very involved and paid great attention to details. We made few last minute changes that they accomodated without much increase in final project cost. Project was completed in time, on schedule. The plumbing, electrical work, etc were all licensed people. They coordinated well with other teams such as the company that supplied kitchen cabinets and appliances and the store that supplied the lights. The finishing of the tile work - floor tiles, back splash mosaics with glass tiles and the wine area with natural stone tiles is excellent! Overall, I am an extremely happy customer and highly recommend this company.

Dave and his team was very professional during entire work. Work was completed on time. Project came out better than we expected. Dave kept us informed during whole process. He also helped us to buy supply and that saved lots of money.
