Ribble Renovations

Tyler helped me with a lot of painting in my house, and he was truly a pleasure to work with. I felt so confident that the job would be done correctly (I had just come off of working with another painter who turned out to not be professional at ALL and was sooooo sloppy). Tyler took the stress out of the process, gave me really reasonable quotes, showed up on time and stayed until the job was complete, and did it all with a smile. I already have some other projects lined up with him and cannot recommend him enough!!! Editing to add: Unfortunately, I have to retract my recommendation. We made a firm date to continue working on some small projects, however, Tyler disappeared and despite MANY calls/attempts to reach him over the course of the following week, I was ultimately left hanging. Odd and disappointing, as I had developed a trust that is now broken. Editing my rating to reflect that I do think his work is quality, but that doesn´t matter if someone doesn´t show up/communicate!

Working with Ribble Renovations was very easy and productive. My remodeling project was initially the guest room only, with a hardwood floor to replace carpet, then paint and trim. Tyler provided me with accurate and honest advice about some hidden water damage under my flooring. He then took a quick look around at some projects I had in mind and ended up redoing my guest bathroom and hallway as well, fixing the cause of the water damage and making an access door in my closet for the bathtub pipes. The first day of the project I offhand mentioned how my cat always tore at my window screen and without prompt, he showed up the next day with pet safety screening which he then quickly switched out for no charge! That really solidified my trust by showing that he is listening and willing to go above and beyond because that is just how he takes pride in his work. Tyler has a sharp eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and a hilarious amount of enthusiasm. Ribble Renovations was great at communicating and has a good system for invoicing, They also had no problem taking a payment over CashApp like I requested. I had Tyler power wash my home and driveway before he left, and I am happy to welcome him back to start my kitchen remodel next month.

Ribble Renovations did a great job painting the wood trim of my house. Tyler's attention to detail was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again in the future. Ron
