Rich Bailey Custom Construction has an unmatched reputation for building custom homes in Oregon. Steve and I loved working with Rich and Ellen Bailey as we built our beautiful new home. Rich and Ellen were a pleasure to work with and were always available to us when we had any questions. Their respective skills in building and styling a beautiful home complement each other. Their attention to detail was way beyond our expectations. Rich did so many extra and special touches, just for us, to make our home more beautiful than we planned or expected. Rich wears a tool belt of experience and an eye for style that is second to none. From the time he hits the job at daylight, opens the door to his truck, which is his second office, to the end of the day and sometimes night he over sees everything and misses nothing. He is a craftsman in the finest sense of the word. One of the beautiful things I saw was the “family” of subcontractors that Rich works with everyday. They gave their “all” on the job- just like Rich! Day in, day out, rain snow or shine and no matter how many hours a day, they gave their all to build such a fine home. Rich has created this “family” and they have all worked together for years and years. Their craftsmanship alone shows their utmost respect for Rich and the product they produce. My home is a work of art, style and craftsmanship – a reflection of Rich’s lifelong work. However, the most important thing is at the end of the job, you have made a lifelong friend.

Rich Bailey Construction recently built my dream home. These guys are amazing! Hands down the best construction company I've ever worked with. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody wanting to have a house built or remodeling done. Rich and Ellen are wonderful people and really helped when it came to having to decide things like colors and design. Rich Bailey Construction built me a home that far exceeded my expectation. You hear all the time about contractor horror stories. Rich and Ellen actually made it fun for us. I wish Houzz would let me give 6 stars. I will definitely be calling them back to build my new shop in the future.
