Our experience with Rivard Remodeling was fantastic. Not only do we highly recommend Tom and his crew, but we will be using him for our next project. Tom is meticulous with his work and did not approach any aspect of our extensive remodel & addition with a 'that's good enough' mindset. I, as the homeowner, have very high expectations with regard to communication and Tom was overall fairly timely and responsive to our (near daily) inquiries about the project. With only one exception, Tom's subs were outstanding and his employees were professional, customer-friendly, and patient with homeowners questions.
Rivard Remodeling proved itself to be exceptionally trustworthy and fully capable of handling a large scale project. Tom completed our project ahead of schedule and within our budget with negligible hits against our contingency fund.
