Decent work, many delays and upcharges, but most importantly, he asked for payment before the agreed time frame. After he was paid, no more work! Beware. Do not make the final payment until all work has been completed and final inspections have been done.

Rivera Remodeling did our roof and gutter guards last fall. Steve was very professional and his crew did an excellent job. I had a slight leak in my kitchen ceiling after all the rain in August and called Steve to come check it out. It turned out to have nothing to do with the roof, the siding was loose (done by builder of the house) and Steve caulked it for me even though it was not his responsibility. Just an all around honest, helpful, knowledgeable person and I am very appreciative. Highly recommend Steve Rivera. A+

Job: main house and horse barn and gutters After a few different contractor visits for estimates. I signed with Steve Rivera on the spot. He was very informative, fair priced and Has a great and respectful personality. He and his team showed up on time. They were professional, polite and made sure multiple times that not one nail remained on the ground knowing my horses were on the property. Regardless, the whole property was completely and perfectly clean at end of job. The before and after is amazing. I cant stop looking at it. Thank you Steve!
