I have had the opportunity to work with Rivera Construction on our home twice. First project was relatively small that included making a storage space under our stairs as well as putting in a walk in pantry. For this project the team was always on time, clean, respectful and great to work with! I put it in the back of my mind that if we ever had another project I would call on Nolan and his team. So when it came time to do a backyard overhaul and we wanted to add a California Room to our house I didn't hesitate to call on the Rivera crew. Again Nolan and his guys were wonderful to work with. As in the past they walked us thru the entire project, were clean, respectful, and we couldn't be happier with the end results! If you want something done on your house call Nolan! I have given out his name and number countless times.

I had Riviera Construction do two remodels for me. I have never worked with a contractor who delivered on time and on budget, came up with great ideas, found ways to save money along the way, and delivered such quality work. This includes the installation of custom kitchen cabinets. In my first remodel, I had him do two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the primary living space including flooring. In the second remodel he did a full kitchen remodel, plus reconfigured my storage and closet space and a dozen other things. Nolan and his crew are professional, expert and honest. I also appreciated that he got all city permits and met the requirements as well as met the requirements of the architectural guidelines for the HOA. I would not use anyone else. I did get multiple bids, and his was not the lowest-- but it was the most cost effective because there were no upcharges or things left out. Ann Bailey

I worked with Nolan Harris of Riviera Construction on a challenging remodel. What I was most impressed with is his attention to detail and excellent communication skills. When I needed information to do my work he was always available to answer my questions. Together we walked through each part of my work which was to design and provide cabinetry for the kitchen and master bath. Walls were being moved, ceiling height was going to change so having absolutely accurate dimensions was essential since the cabinets had a 6 week lead time. Nolan took the time to confirm what we hoped could be done, could, in fact be accomplished. He gave me a timeline and was ready when he said he would be. That's very rare in an industry where things take longer and cost more. I'm very picky about the people I work with and have zero reservations about working with Riviera Construction.
