Rick is a no nonsense professional contractor that specializes in high end contracting. He works hands on side by side with his contractors, as well as his customers. Rick makes sure that every detail of the job is completed, and he goes far beyond just what is required. He takes every opportunity to understand and prevent any and all problems that may occur down the road for a homeowner. You might be asking yourself how do I know this? Well I am one of Ricks contractors of recent, and I own a company called KC Rainmaker Inc. I have worked with numerous builders, and contractors over the last 30 years and I have seen the good, and unfortunately the very numerous not so good contractors. I can tell you this, most contractors just do not have the foresight and the ingenuity and the ingrained hard working ethics that it really takes to be a quality contractor. Rick has been there everyday checking on my work and making sure the customer is getting exactly what they pay for. Like I said earlier, I have met many contractors and builders over the last 30 years, and I hate to say this but there is only a small handful that I have this kind of respect for. Rick Mosley is absolutely one of these contractors! He stands out from the rest! He really cares about the quality of the job, as well as the homeowner receiving a high end result. Thanks Rick! Sorry there's not an option for 6 stars. I should have left this review a long time ago but I wasn't on this web site. Rick and his guys with RM Contracting did an outstanding job, pulling together a complicated large addition that had to match the existing house, and doing it with professionalism and honesty. He saw it through efficiently, showed up every day as promised and adapted to any unanticipated challenges a 80 year old house could come up with. I trust him and his experience and his work.

Creative and functional design expert. Highly competent and reliable. Beautiful work. Will work with your ideas and stay on budget. Communicates well with the homeowner. Takes pride in his work. Job site was always neat and clean. I have worked with Rick, for twenty years and he has completely remodeled my entire house and i am thrilled with every aspect of the remodel. My last project was the addition of a laundry room/dog grooming room with shower that I saw on the Houzz website. He designed the room exactly how I envisioned it and it is perfect! i would highly recommend Rick Moseley.
