Commented: Shingles!!! Are these western red cedar? Are they stained?They are cedar and they came pre stained prior to installation.

Commented: Family room with grandchildren invading it with their toysWe put the posts on the outside because pressure treated lumber has lots of chemicals injected into them for ground contact. We would not want those chemicals anywhere near our soils or vegetables.

Commented: Bed constructionPressure treated posts contain lots of chemicals to prevent them from rotting. We recommend leaving them outside of the cedar to prevent any chemical leaching.

Commented: How wide are the paths between boxes?We like to do a minimum 3' wide pathway so people can use a wheel barrow in between the boxes.
