My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

As the owner of RCM, Inc. and current board member for the Home Builders Association of Southwest Missouri, which is an organization that holds its members/contractors to the highest standards in quality and business practices, I have been building custom projects in the four state area for approximately 28 years. Between my carpenters, and myself, we have well over 60 years of experience. We care a great deal about quality. We will constantly search for the best material and building products on the market. Things can be done cheaper with lower end products; however, we encourage our customers to always look at the long term benefits. Steve and Paula were absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish they have been incredibly helpful and were always honest and straightforward with us! We were very lucky to come across them at a local Home Builders Show. I have worked in the building products industry for a decade and and can say that Robbins Construction is absolutely wonderful!

We hired Robbins Const. Mgmt. to do a 1900 sq foot addition to our existing home. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work that he and his trades provided for us. In addition to the skilled workmanship the crew displayed good character and integrity. Steve Robbins has very high expectations for all his trades and for this reason we are very pleased with the final project and would recommend him without hesitation! This was a very positive experience!!!!

What a pleasure to work with such a great company. From beginning to end Steve and his team delivered quality work on a timely basis and the finished product is amazing. Very easy to work with and great communication. Kept us updated on progress when we were not living locally and responded well when we relocated to the build and helped push the project to the finish line. Best Builder I have ever worked with and I have built 2 new construction and renovated one home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My husband and I hired this company to build a new house for us. They were always in contact with us and answered any questions or concerns we had immediately. They helped us make informed decisions about everything for the house, from the exterior to the interior. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and at a good price. They stuck to our budget and we knew exactly what something was going to cost before they started on it. They have a great team of friendly, hard workers that kept us informed on their progress. We now have a beautiful house that we love and the quality is amazing! We would highly recommend Robbins Construction for any job, big or small.

My husband and I choose Steve and Paula Robbins to build our new home. We were very impressed with their professional manner and they helped guide us in making decisions on everything from flooring, siding, H&A, cabinets, fixtures...the list goes on and on - they were there for us every step of the way. The build went very smoothly and we are now enjoying our new home built exactly the way we wanted it. They did such a great job we have recommended them to friends and are trying to retain them to build my sisters new home.

Robbins construction was the general contractor for my completely custom bathroom/ utility remodel. I was very pleased with the quality of work and when something wasn’t right they worked to quickly fix it. I would highly recommend them.

After the 2011 Joplin tornado destroyed our home we were in a real pinch to get a new home built while waiting for insurance adjusters to make their decisions on our losses. Steve (owner - Robbins Construction) was exceptional to work with as we waited for our insurance monies. He went above and beyond to minimize stress. His professionalism and attention to detail saved us time and money. If we ever have another construction project, he is our man.
