We are a locally owned and operated general contractor specializing in custom home building, home building services, carpentry and building projects of all sizes. Founded in 2010, Rob Shea Carpentry (RSC to our friends), has grown well beyond our humble beginnings as a sole proprietorship, to encompass two burgeoning divisions developed to better serve our customers throughout Vermont and upstate New York. Our Building Division covers new home construction, large renovations and the building of home additions such as master bedroom suites, in-law suites and apartments. family rooms, sunrooms, mudrooms, bonus rooms over a garage, dormers, finished basements, second story home additions and other home remodeling projects. Our Service Division focuses on the small jobs and projects that are the backbone of our company. While these are often smaller projects that many established contractors are not staffed to perform, at RSC we consider it an honor to be of service and to meet the needs of all our customers, regardless of the size of a job. This talented team of professionals specializes in projects such as the installation of replacement windows, entry doors and exterior door installation, interior door installation, kitchen renovations and bathroom renovations, deck and porch, and pergola construction, flooring, tiling, siding, drywall repair, rot repair and deferred maintenance, among many others.
