We would highly recommend Urban Restoration! We recently moved into a new home and had some small projects to complete, and then the scope grew as we started to do some remodeling. Urban Restoration was recommended by our Realtor and so initially we hired them to move a water heater from an inside closet into our garage in order to build a pantry. Eventually we hired them to install quartz countertops, complete some electrical work, and are looking into replacing some windows. Reg Willing at Urban Restoration is very knowledgeable, reliable, quick to respond, and provides great guidance when problems arise. I had complete faith that our project would be completed on time and on budget. One of the companies employees, Paul moved our water heater and helped us with some electrical work. He was reliable, helpful, on time, and did a great job. From custom building, to remodeling, Urban Restoration is definitely a smart choice for your next home remodeling or building project.

We hired Roberts Group for our project in West Seattle, which involved a major remodel, addition, and construction of a detached garage. The project was a complicated one, as it involved very tight access and construction on a steep slope. The team was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout the process. The finish work and attention to detail was impeccable. We can recommend RG without reservation!

We hired Owen Roberts and Roberts Group to build our new house, and they were great to work with. In a building boom time when it was difficult to find and hire subcontractors, Roberts Group brought together the best. The high-quality craftsmanship of the subs and the coordination of their efforts are clearly reflected in the incredible quality of our new home. We also had a knowledgeable and professional project team who worked through every detail with us. Our project manager helped us make decisions on or ahead of schedule. The supervisor was on top of the construction around the clock and managed to keep things moving while keeping both the neighborhood and city happy at the same time. No small task! Our neighbors and other contractors in the neighborhood have complimented us many times on the quality of construction, and on the quality and conscientiousness of Roberts Group.

The Roberts Group has built several projects for us over the years both small and large, the most recent being a covered outdoor entertainment area with a masonry fireplace. It is always a pleasure to work with them, all of their employees and subcontractors are efficient and polite. For small jobs their service department is a lifesaver! I can’t wait to have them back for the next project. :)

I first met Owen Roberts in 1987 where he was installing trim in a repeat clients Madison Park view condo. I quickly realized his craftsmanship was among the highest in the industry. Owen's work was so perfect that I got assertive (that is a careful way of putting it) with a window treatment installer who wasn't giving Owen's woodwork the respect it deserved. I have maintained a professional friendship with Owen for more than 3 decades during which time I have watched his talents evolve into a very successful high end residential construction company. Their projects include a highly designed/detailed residence on Lake Washington for a celebrated & challenging Architect plus a recent home on the shores of Alki beach for a very successful established construction attorney. Most recently, I have recommended the Roberts Group to work with me on a Kirkland View Home. In short, look hard at this company, they are seriously among the BEST here in the greater Seattle area. I have worked with the Roberts Group on multiple projects over many years. These projects were all single family residential in nature with high levels of complexity, finish quality, cost sensitivity and schedule demands. It was an absolute necessity that the general contractor and his team must have the ability to not only complete the work but also engage and educate the owners during the process. The Roberts Group has this ability to the point that they make it look easy. It's not!

The Roberts Group was the general contractor on our custom home and did an outstanding job in terms of quality and attention to detail. They worked with our architect and made recommendations to improve the maintainability of the house and deliver the results we wanted. We were completely happy with the process and the quality of the sub-contractors they selected. I would use them again.
