As a property investor with an extensive portfolio I have used many trades people. A building that I part own had an issue where there was water ingress from a flat into the flat below. I contacted Marius because he was in the area. He quoted for the job and was confident he’d be able to carry out the repairs. Long story short, many months have elapsed and the repairs still haven’t been done. Marius kept assuring me that he would do the repairs. Now he just ignores my calls. If you couldn’t do the job then just say so rather than wasting my time. I wouldn’t advise using Rombuild4u as this company is just unprofessional.
