Ron Santos Builder

Ron Santos, I believe, is one of the truly exceptional building contractors. My husband and I hired him to build an addition to our wonderful, but only 750 square feet, house in Mill Valley, CA. From the moment Ron became involved early in the planning process, and even before we had the design, he has been at the same time energetic, warmly supportive, and clear about requirements, timelines, etc. He as an individual has continuously contributed to the process of doing our remodel. His team is small, but extremely hard working, capable, and so important, also kind. We are mid-construction at this point and still on target with the timeline, and the costs that he quoted us. He puts a lot of thought into these and articulates them clearly. Ron Santos is a builder whose many, many years of experience are evident continuously through the project process. It's conducive to a smoothly operating team process that is not without bumps in the road, but where each participant has a sense of confidence in a positive outcome.
