Roots is reliable, listens, and does great work. They descended on my project with enthusiasm and creativity. They were also patient with my family's need to be IN the space probably more often than they would have liked. The craftsmanship is brilliant; they truly care about this, as if it were their own home. They kept meticulous track of hours and work and I appreciated their arrival, as promised, at 7:30, and that they were still there at 5:30 when I got home. They worked WITH me, offering ideas and support as I made too many decisions. Highly recommended.
