Darin was excellent. He explained the process every step of the way. He is very professional. The people he used were top notch and at the top of their field. All the people involved in the process were attentive to our ideas and concerns. Together they have created a wonderful family cooking, gathering space that is beautiful and functional. I myself am a landscape contractor and have worked with many contractors. Darin is one of the best I have ever worked with. I highly endorse Ross Consrtuction.

Darin is amazing! It's rare when people love their contractors, but my husband and I were so impressed with Ross Construction. The bid was fair, and Darin didn't deviate from the price that was initially quoted. You hear stories of contractors underbidding to win business only to add unexpected costs as the project progresses. Darin never did that and would often even fix small things he would find along the way that weren't on the initial estimate. Darin was organized, methodical and detail oriented and liked to meet on a regular basis to review what had been accomplished and what was planned for the weeks ahead. He finished our project on schedule even during the winter when we lost days due to weather and holidays. The quality of work was fantastic. He did both interior and exterior work for us, including kitchen, closets, custom office, interior lighting, cabinet finish and stone counter installations. Our backyard transformation was incredible! We are really happy!

I’ve known Darin Ross for nearly 23 years. When I discovered a roof leak in my office closet at 10pm he was my first call. He called an associate and in 15 minutes someone was there to tarp my roof. In said call, Darin was able to give me a step-by-step tutorial about the ways I can assess the leak and help prevent further damage to my closet. Though it was rain season, he was able to get one of his roofers to assess my roof leak the next day - with a further repair to both my roof tile and drywall repair within the space of the next 3 days! His commitment to excellent customer service combined with a stellar expertise and connections in the construction field makes Darin such a compelling, trustful resource in an industry so foreign to me.
