My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lucas initially did a great job, but the deck warped within a week. He blamed his apprentice(s) for bad construction, then ghosted us on making it right during the agreed upon period. Very bad business practice, very disappointed and would not recommend.

I don't recommend companies often but I had such great experiences with Roundtable Construction that I decided to post this. I had Lucas and team build a deck around my pool. These guys did an amazing job! Great craftsmanship, high quality of work, good communication and a fair bid. I shopped around for about 3 months looking for someone I trusted to build this out due to the nature of and location of the deck. Lucas showed up with references and a project plan and knocked it out of the park!

Fence Post holes in a snap! I needed someone to dig fence post holes, and Lucas and the guys from Roundtable Construction were same-day service, fast and efficient, and super friendly! I will hire these guys again for my next big project!

I highly recommend Lucas and Roundtable Construction for any job!! Lucas came and built us beautiful, high-quality front porch stairs from pressure-treated wood. First, he was very responsive to calls, and came to give us a quote very quickly. As soon as we accepted his quote, he came and started the work same day! The agreement we signed was very fair and he completed all the work within the timeframe specified. The quality of his work is truly outstanding and better than any other woodwork we have seen before. With the quality of his work, I would trust him for any job!

We hired Lucas to patch a spot in our existing hardwood floors and he did fabulous work to make it all match and look as if there was no work done at all! Very professional and courteous! We decided we also wanted a privacy wall for our exterior patio and brought Lucas back to do the job! A++ work!

Lucas did an outstanding job drywalling our living room. A consummate professional. He was very friendly got the job done in a timely manner and was always cleaning up as he worked so as to not leave a mess when he was finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a project they need done. I know I'll be calling him back.

Lucus was just great! Showed up on time, took Out the old balconies, got rid of the debris and built two new decks for me in record time. I love them. Much sturdier than the old. He is your guy!

Very courteous and efficient! Lucas did some work for me this month and I am impressed by his responsiveness and the quality of his work! He’s right in my neighborhood, too! I am not a person who takes giving a review lightly... I have been looking for someone for several home improvement projects and I will be using him again.
