Look no further than RSC for any home improvement projects. Rob left an impression on us for the quality of work he had done for my father's kitchen remodel. As first time home buyers, we bought a fixer upper that needed major renovations and I felt confident that the renovations were in good hands. I cannot overstate the level of disrepair this home was in - the fixer upper to end all fixer uppers. It was a big project and Rob was there every step of the way, working with us to build our dream home. Rob is a consummate professional - he always kept us informed of progress and provided suggestions of how to improve the various rooms while keeping us within our budget. I don't know that my wife and I would've felt comfortable tackling this fixer upper if it weren't for Rob. Work included a new roof, remodel of kitchen, 3 bathrooms, repairing the central AC systems & running new duct work and refinishing the hard wood floors. Everything turned out completely amazing - we could not be more thrilled! Rob is the best out there, hands down!

Rob was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous and very helpful with my bathroom remodel and even helped with the design. My bathroom remodel went smoother than I would have ever dreamed and they were done ahead of schedule. Now I have a gorgeous new bathroom to enjoy. I would use RSC again and already have them scheduled for another project. They are trustworthy, reliable and super hard workers.

We need so much done to our house and RSC Contracting showed up so quickly with so many great ideas that we knew they were the people to help us. Rob is a great person who is always professional and also took the time to tell us what our options in each situation were so that we could be very happy with our new bathroom and kitchen. HIs crew worked so diligently to do major repair work and then to create from the bare studs beautiful finished rooms that are a joy to live in and share with friends and family. These were not easy jobs, and we worried that they could have led to a disaster or two, but instead our house is more efficient and more like the sanctuary a home should be. We were also so impressed at the way Rob, Steve, John, Dan and the other people who worked on our house considered our family's needs when presenting design and construction ideas, but also kept in mind that we needed to stay within our budget. The communication was excellent, Rob and John were always available to speak with and they kept to a very disciplined schedule. Friends were very impressed at how much work was done in the time they completed it. Rob and his company do superb work of the highest quality. We are so glad that RSC Contracting LLC did the work we needed done this year and we hope they will be available to help us in the future. Also, we thank you all for putting up with our dogs.

Rob & his workers are in a class by themselves. We have 2 rental properties so know good work when we see it. Both of those properties had the kitchen remodeled like our house but RSC worked smarter, more efficiently & added value to what we wanted. They explained everything in detail, told us of their plans & executed them extremely well. We have 2 more projects that they will work on.

What can I say except there were no surprises or horror stories with remodeling my kitchen. The contract was clear and precise. RSC crews were timely scheduled by Rob and did efficient and professional work. No question or concern I had went unanswered and no matter when I called Rob he answered promptly. RSC (Rob) did my roof and gutters in August. Came out great too. Recently my window broke in my basement, with winter coming it needed to be fixed sooner rather than later. RSC got it done the following day, right before the Thanksgiving holiday. Anything I need done I will be going through RSC.

Rebuilt our Sandy damaged Florida room from the siding, to the roof and the windows. Rob and his crew strive of perfection in all that they undertake. They assess accurately and when presented with a challenge, affect innovative solutions. There's nothing shoddy about what they do, and that's comforting to know at the conclusion of a project.

The first floor of my mom's house was completely flooded (up to 2 feet of water) by SuperStorm Sandy. We hired Rob Crotzer and his company, RSC Contracting, to do all the repair work which included replacing the floors, installing a completely new sub-floors, adding new structural support beams, new walls, new sheetrock, new baseboard heating, etc. Pretty much everything needed to be replaced because it was destroyed from the flood waters, including new kitchen cabinets, new high-efficiency HVAC, new electrical wiring, new outlets, new plumbing, etc. All of the work was handled expertly, efficiently, and on-time by Rob and his team at RSC Contracting, including his subcontractors. Rob was also instrumental in working directly with our insurance company to help manage repair costs and to help ensure we received sufficient insurance payments to cover the cost of the repairs and rebuilding. I highly recommend RSC Contracting.

Rob and his crew recently renovated 2 bathrooms in our home and we are extremely pleased with the results. Rob kept us informed every step of the way and the project was completed on schedule. Every member of the crew was courteous and conscientious and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using RSC Contracting again in the future.

I have used RSC contracting for over a decade in my current home and in my former one. In my other house, Rob and his crew did numerous jobs including 2 bathroooms, a french drain in our yard and pavers in hte front and back of the home along with landscaping. In my current home, RSC has done one bathroom, an outdoor patio, and some landscaping; the biggest job so far in this house has been a remodel which included opening up a wall between 2 rooms so we could get better use of the space. Rob's estimated are very detailed, his prices are fair, his workers are good people who are consciencious about their work. I have never done a job with RSC that I have not been pleased with. I have recommended Rob to 4-5 family and friends who have used his firm as well and all been very pleased. I would love to have Rob come in and do a few more jobs for me and will as soon as I have the money saved up for the next project.
