I hired this company and initially gave them a good review. BUT-it turns out the job on the cabinets and painting was horrible. They were painted white with only ONE COAT of PAINT. You can see the wood through the white flat paint. I also suggested glossy paint which they did not due. I have tried to contact them numerous times to resolve this problem. So beware of this company.

Rutger Contracting did a great job helping us remodel our kitchen and living room space. They removed a load bearing wall seperating the two spaces to give our house an open concept. One of the reasons why we hired Rutger was for the thought and effort into designing our new kitchen and not making it feel like a "cookie cutter" space. We ended up with a more bold design which is what we intended for when we started but could not have gotten there without their design choices. They always had a foreman on our job who was polite and could answer all of the questions I had for them. At the end of the project we could not have been more thrilled with the outcome. Thank you Rutger Contracting!

Rutger did a great job constructing our screened in porch area even though it was December and the weather did not cooperate well with them. It took a few extra days but was well worth the time. We love it!

From design, to customer service, to the overall construction of my project Rutger Contracting could not have been better. When I was looking for a contractor to hire I had a specific budget that I was willing to spend and a design concept. Rutger Contracting came in and took that budget and design concept and ran with it and gave me everything I wanted and more. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to remodel or have any construction work done to their house.
