Ryan recently finished our basement (about 1000 sqft), which included a gas fireplace, half bath, wet bar, wood floor and carpet. He did a great job. We are very pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend Ryan.

I wish I could attest to Ryan Davis Contracting work. I can only say that after 5 emails and 3 voice mails, all with a brief description of my remodel, I did not receive any return calls or messages. This was over a period of a month to allow for any personal circumstances that might have precluded his return messages. However I am glad that everyone else is receiving exceptional service.

We used Ryan Davis to completely re-do the kitchen in our 200 year old home. He is professional & communicated any concerns with us efficiently & honestly. He offered suggestions in the kitchen we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, which is an injection to his experience in the field. When we asked if he could do custom work (see photos) the projects were all completed the same day we made the requests. A testament to Ryan’s craftsmanship- he installed 200 yr old tongue & groove reclaimed barn wood as flooring and custom shelving, as well as installing custom framing & trim that is true to the time period of our house. Ryan Davis contracting is a small business in which the owner gives you an estimate for the job, but also works on the project every day. If you are looking to do a home project- look no further than Ryan Davis.

We hired Ryan Davis Contracting to renovate our kitchen. Ryan and his partner Dan were a pleasure to work with. Ryan communicated with us during the whole project. He was always on time and left our home in a neat and clean condition. He is professional, friendly and takes pride in his work. He treated our home as if it was his own. We asked his opinion on paint colors and pendant lighting and we went with his suggestions and love how everything came together. Ryan and Dan installed our new cabinets, installed recessed lighting/electrical outlets, fixed sheetrock, added crown molding, subway tile backsplash and ripped up the old flooring and installed new flooring. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend this company. We will be using Ryan Davis Contracting for future projects!!! We provided the before and after picture.

Ryan built our pool deck this summer and everything went well from start to finish. We had a few delays with the permitting and needing additional footings but Ryan was flexible and was able to work with our timing to get us swimming quickly! He was professional and his helpers were great as well. Highly recommend!

Ryan did a full renovation of our home, which was built in 1800 and, when we purchased it, in very poor condition. Our mortgage included a renovation loan, and Ryan promptly provided all the paperwork necessary and was both patient and proactive throughout our often frustrating dealings with the bank. Ryan is very knowledgeable about older homes and was able to transform ours into a beautiful space. I appreciated Ryan’s patience in explaining every part of the process and his consistent communication to keep me in the loop, as well as his concern for our safety as we were moving into the home with a newborn. Ryan took on my renovation project to jack-up several sagging parts of my house and make some upgrades. As he had much experience working with old houses (and you never know what you'll find once the walls are open) he was very flexible at meeting unexpected challenges as he found them. His structural work was great, as were his subcontractors for masonry and wiring. He replied to all questions very quickly, and always arrived on time. He was excellent at working with the city for permits and inspections, the only delays I ever experienced were waiting for the building inspector before proceeding to the next phase. I was very happy with everything, and would recommend him to others.
