Our project was a total renovation of a half bath, gutting down to studs. Ryan listened to what we wanted, provided a fair, detailed estimate that we appreciated. His workmanship was impeccable. He left the work area neat and clean at the end of each day. Very professional throughout the project from beginning to end. We were totally satisfied with the outcome! Ryan did a wonderful job! Easy to talk to about the project as it went on. We will use again and highly recommend his services.

Ryan Davis Contracting came highly recommended by someone we know well so we felt comfortable from the get go. Ryan and Dan didn’t disappoint and in fact we couldn’t be happier with our new master bathroom. The entire process from start to finish went without a hitch and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. Ryan and Dan worked diligently and made great progress each day even on extremely hot days. They are each very talented in their respective disciplines and make for an amazing team. They really know their stuff and we will be using them again for future projects as well as recommending them to friends and family. Highly professional, hard working and with tremendous attention to detail are just a few of the benefits we enjoyed by hiring Ryan. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process and our beautiful new master bathroom.

Through the entire process, we were kept in the loop about all of the work. The bathroom was finished on time and our house was left near each day after the work was done. Ryan did a truly fantastic job on our first floor remodel on our 40+ year old home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. The project included removal of all interior walls, new structural work, new plumbing & electric, new kitchen, new bathroom (expanded from 1/2 bath to full bath), new flooring, new patio door, and finishing work all around. Everything came out great, the price was fair, and the project was completed within the contracted time frame (actually several days early). He and the folks he worked with were timely, professional, and respectful of the property. I particularly appreciated all of his knowledgeable and very useful recommendations for the thousands of little details that needed to be addressed, and that we never would have thought of on our own. I'll certainly be calling him for the next big project. Overall, highly recommended.

I had Ryan do a gut rehab of a bathroom complete, replace the treads on my interior stairs and rebuild a deck complete for us. He and his worker were at all times professional, clean and great craftsmen that did everything they said. I work in real estate and have a demanding wife, we both were amazed at their work and extremely happy with everything they did. I recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

Ryan recently finished our basement (about 1000 sqft), which included a gas fireplace, half bath, wet bar, wood floor and carpet. He did a great job. We are very pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend Ryan.

I wish I could attest to Ryan Davis Contracting work. I can only say that after 5 emails and 3 voice mails, all with a brief description of my remodel, I did not receive any return calls or messages. This was over a period of a month to allow for any personal circumstances that might have precluded his return messages. However I am glad that everyone else is receiving exceptional service.

We used Ryan Davis to completely re-do the kitchen in our 200 year old home. He is professional & communicated any concerns with us efficiently & honestly. He offered suggestions in the kitchen we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, which is an injection to his experience in the field. When we asked if he could do custom work (see photos) the projects were all completed the same day we made the requests. A testament to Ryan’s craftsmanship- he installed 200 yr old tongue & groove reclaimed barn wood as flooring and custom shelving, as well as installing custom framing & trim that is true to the time period of our house. Ryan Davis contracting is a small business in which the owner gives you an estimate for the job, but also works on the project every day. If you are looking to do a home project- look no further than Ryan Davis.

We hired Ryan Davis Contracting to renovate our kitchen. Ryan and his partner Dan were a pleasure to work with. Ryan communicated with us during the whole project. He was always on time and left our home in a neat and clean condition. He is professional, friendly and takes pride in his work. He treated our home as if it was his own. We asked his opinion on paint colors and pendant lighting and we went with his suggestions and love how everything came together. Ryan and Dan installed our new cabinets, installed recessed lighting/electrical outlets, fixed sheetrock, added crown molding, subway tile backsplash and ripped up the old flooring and installed new flooring. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would highly recommend this company. We will be using Ryan Davis Contracting for future projects!!! We provided the before and after picture.
