My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This comp y started with my project in April 2024 goal was to finish for the summer of 2024. Nothing was done until March of 2025. The lies pile up, the excuses pile up. The unprofessionalism. They are the real scammers. Please don’t hire this company

Can't say enough good things about this company, they came in lower than most companies in terms of price which we were on the fence about, but we were not disappointed in the end. Hossein was very detailed in his proposal and followed through on everything we agreed on. So happy we chose Sama Builders, I recommend them to anyone looking for a solid contractor.

This was my first time working with a contractor we needed a bathroom renovation and some kitchen renovations done for a reasonable price. From some other estimates it seemed like maybe we wouldn’t be able to do both but Hossein recommended some changes that made it doable. Initial install was finished in the timeline we were given and just a few issues had to be corrected from the final inspection. I would recommend him to friends.

We wanted to add a mother in-law suite to our house and found Sama contruction and Hossein through a friend. They did the job to our exact specifications and made some thoughtful suggesstions along the way which we loved and added in as well. Hossein is very nice and knows his stuff. Very happy we used them!
